Exchanges and Returns
G.F.L.-Force of Luck If you received the wrong items or the items you received
are defective, please email glf@gflforceofluck.com to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you can return them to us within 30
days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable
condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, which
does not include the cost of return shipping. We cannot
refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or
are not in their original condition.
Requesting a Return
● Please download, print, and complete the returns form
if you do not already have it. Request the returns form using the
form below.
● Email your returns form and a photo of the products you are
returning to glf@gflforceofluck.com.
● Once approved, ensure your return is properly packaged and
meets all the conditions below.
● Clearly mark
"Returns"
on the outer packaging of your
package.
● Use an insured tracking service to ensure your
package arrives safely.
● Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to glf@gflforceofluck.com.
Enclose your goods and return them to the following address:
1. Returns Policy and Guidelines:
● All returned items must be unused, unopened, and
in their original plastic packaging.
● We are not responsible for the cost of returning
the items.
● Please ensure all returned items are properly packaged to prevent damage in the mail.
● Please ensure all return packages are shipped with a
trackable, insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility
for items damaged or lost
during return transit.
● Please ensure the return form has been approved – failure to
approve may result in your return not being
processed.
Returns are easy in three simple steps:
Step 1: Request the return form using the contact form below. Provide
your order number, email address, and reason for return.
Step 2: Send your order
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address
on
the return form. Ensure you provide the package with a Track and Trace
code.
As the sender, you are responsible, and we do not want any misunderstandings
to arise.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we receive the package, we will ensure that the
purchase amount
is back in your bank account within five business days.
